1.2 By accessing or using our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Eligibility
2.1 To access and use our Services, you must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from your parents or legal guardians.
2.2 By booking a service, you represent and warrant that you are eligible to enter into a binding contract under applicable law.

4. Booking and Payment
4.1 Booking Process: To book a session or workshop, you can use the contact form on the website or send an email to info@josine.com.
4.2 Payment: All coaching and workshop packages and trainings must be paid for in advance and the invoice will be sent to you by email. For one-off coaching or workshop sessions, you will receive an invoice by email afterwards. This invoice must be paid within 14 days after the invoice has been sent.
4.3 Pricing: Prices for Services are listed on our website and are exclusive of applicable taxes (e.g., VAT). We reserve the right to update pricing at any time.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
5.1 Cancellation by You: If you wish to cancel or reschedule your booking, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so for coaching packages and workshops, as well as trainings, may result in the forfeiture of your (advance) payment or a partial refund, as specified in our cancellation policy. For one-off coaching or workshops you will be sent an invoice for 1 hour of coaching based on the pricing listed on our website.
5.2 Cancellation by Us: We reserve the right to cancel any session or workshop at our discretion. If we cancel, we will offer you a full refund for packages that have been paid for up front, or the option to reschedule.
5.3 Refunds: Refunds will only be provided in accordance with our refund policy, which is in compliance with EU consumer protection laws. You may be entitled to a refund within 14 days of booking if you cancel before the start of the service.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 All content, materials, and resources provided during the coaching, training, and workshops, including written materials, videos, recordings, and presentations, are the intellectual property of josine.company and are protected by copyright law.
6.2 You may not record, reproduce, or distribute any materials without our prior written consent.
7. User Obligations
7.1 You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
7.2 You agree not to engage in any behavior that disrupts, harms, or interferes with our Services or the website.
